Efrain Arroyave MD
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Efrain Arroyave, MD, is a physician, serial entrepreneur, and business executive with more than 35 years of experience developing ventures across healthcare, media, and technology. He has a proven record of identifying emerging opportunities, assembling capable teams, and guiding organizations from concept through development and growth. His ventures include Exeter Medical Clinic; Exigent MED Group; STAT Health Screens, a national discount laboratory network; and one of the largest healthcare portals on Terra.com, reaching hundreds of millions of users across Central America, South America, and Spain. He also founded Nexus, a Spanish-Portuguese inflight magazine for American Airlines, and invented a patented oral-hygiene product currently progressing toward commercialization. Dr. Arroyave earned his M.D. from the University of Miami School of Medicine, completed his internship at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, and completed his surgical specialty training at Boston University and the Lahey Clinic. He subsequently served as managing partner of a two-physician surgical practice alongside a Mayo Clinic-trained surgeon. In addition to his clinical and entrepreneurial career, Dr. Arroyave has contributed articles, textbooks, and audiobooks to the general public.

In-House Legal Counsel
Attorney with nearly a decade in the legal field spanning civil litigation in high-profile nationwide opioid cases, class action settlement administration, and current practice at one of the largest immigration law firms in the nation. Prior to law, she served as Director of Client Relations at GDB Miami, a boutique business development firm. Mrs. Clouse's husband is a well-known and respected American Saddlebred horse trainer and competition judge. She holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, a J.D. from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, and a B.A. in Communications from Florida International University. Admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
