Management is working with HNIRC to prepare and submit rulebooks, testing protocols, officiating standards, and governance frameworks that state racing commissions require before granting sanctioned status.

What We Are Seeking
Management is seeking recognition of IRR as a sanctioned racing discipline eligible for pari-mutuel wagering under state racing commission authority. We will engage with certain state commissions, provide documentation of our governance frameworks, and work collaboratively to address any regulatory concerns.
Regulatory Dialogue
We welcome direct engagement with state racing commissions and their staff. We are prepared to present our governance frameworks, answer questions, and work through the regulatory process.
Pilot Program Consideration
We are open to structured pilot programs that allow regulators to evaluate Indian Relay Racing under controlled conditions before granting full sanctioned status.
